Where is my order shipped from?
Your order may be shipped from our distribution center in San Francisco, CA or San Jose,
CA or Seattle, WA or from our distribution center in Vancouver, BC if you are located in Canada..

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in bubble mailers or a cardboard boxes. Nothing on the box
will indicate the nature of the contents of the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the fact of the popularity of our products, we may not have all of the items shown
in stock at all times as they sell fast on a first come basis. We will notify you, if there is a problem with your order.

If you ordered from our website it will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 days of confirming your order and receiving payment.

We guarantee delivery with our online tracking system. You may track your order online
from our website. We are not responsible for mail/courier delays during peak seasons.

How much will shipping cost?
Regular shipping and handling costs (USPS, Canada Post, etc.) for most places in North America is free with tracking number. Free shipping is only valid in the United States and Canada.

Please Note: For international orders (most locations) shipping will be $15.00USD extra, depending on the size and weight of the products ordered.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if we suspect fraudulent or untraceable shipping information.

Who do you use for shipping?
We currently ship our products in most cases using US Postal Services, Canada Post, or
UPS Ground depending on how large the shipment is.

You can pay by Major Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via our secure online store or via PayPal. All orders are in US dollars unless specified.
