Q1: Where are your products shipped from?
A1: Depending on where are you are located, we ship out our products from either our Vancouver, BC warehouse (if you are from Canada) or our San Jose, CA warehouse (if you are from the United States or International Country) depending on stock availability.
Q2: Which shipping companies do you use?
A2: Our job is to deliver the product you order to your provided mailing address. We do everything in our power to keep your costs low in doing so. We normally ship using either Canada Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex, our shipping department will use the most economical method
available to save you money.
Q3: Does your company profit from shipping?
A3: No, we never profit from shipping as it is not fair business practice to do so, if in doubt, please contact us immediately. Certain products may have free shipping as advertised.
Q4: What happens if my goods are damaged during transit?
A4: They will be replaced with new products when we received the damaged goods back. Depending on the Couriers Insurance Policy, they will most likely provide us with 100%
of the values worth. It is very rare that your order will be damaged during transit to you.
Q5: What days are orders shipped out?
A5: Orders are usually processed either 1-3 days depending on stock availability, they are processed in the order received. Our shipping department is opened from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST on Monday to Fridays.
The cut-off time is 3:00 pm PST or 12:00pm EST, therefore we highly
recommend you to place the order
early in the morning.
Q6: What if your items are out of stock?
A6: Due to high demand, items that are not in stock typically ship in 2-7 business days, we will notify you if we are unable to ship out your order.
Q7: Where can I find my tracking number for my order?
A7: You can find your tracking number by simply using our online tracking number search engine. Click on "Shipment Tracking" on the top of the page. Your order has been received, but not yet processed. If your tracking number is still not available, please contact us immediately.
Q8: Can I use my own UPS, DHL, or FEDEX account to ship the order to me?
Yes, we may use your own shipping account if you want to or you can always use our shipping accounts if don't want the hassle with the extra paperwork.
Q9: What countries do you not ship to?
A9: Due to high chance of internet fraud, we do not accept orders from Africa. We
apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. We can ship to Africa, but would require a wire transfer that will be held for 10 busines days.
Q10: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A10: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes using Canada Post or USPS. Unfortunately DHL, UPS and
Fedex have a policy in which they do not deliver to Post Office Boxes at this present time.
